Your Right to Delete Your Data
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your account information (name, email, profile details)
- Your learning history and progress
- Your saved content and preferences
- Your voice recordings and AI-generated content
- Your subscription and payment history
- Any other personal data associated with your account
What Data May Be Retained
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Anonymized usage data for service improvement
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Remee app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation prompts
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@remeeai.com with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief statement requesting account deletion
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all your content and learning progress
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled
- You can create a new account at any time after deletion
