Lumi the firefly must navigate a turbulent sky to deliver her mail before the sun rises.

Lumi grips the rudder of her glow-bottle balloon, her light pulsing with focus. Below, the world sleeps, but the moon-gazing owl kingdom awaits the urgent letters tucked within her cabin.

Suddenly, the air turns jagged. Soot the nightjar sweeps across the horizon, his massive wings churning the atmosphere. Each beat of his wings sends Lumi tumbling off her established path.

Lumi struggles to keep her bottle steady. Soot circles again, seemingly unaware of her mission, his sheer size and speed turning the sky into a gauntlet of unpredictable, shifting air currents.

The horizon begins to pale, a soft violet hue creeping upward. Lumi knows that once the sun rises, the owls will cease their gaze and the letters will remain undelivered forever.

Lumi spots a narrow, high-altitude tailwind. She must bank the bottle hard to catch it, but Soot is still diving through the path, his wings blocking the narrow slipstream of air.

With a burst of her own light, Lumi dives toward the bird. She realizes she must communicate her path, darting through the wake of the nightjar to find the perfect, hidden draft.

She catches the wind, but as the bottle accelerates, she notices something strange—Soot isn't just flying, he’s guarding something hidden in the clouds ahead. What could be waiting in the mist?
